PLC places a high priority on quality of service.
Over the years PLC has defined and formalized its operations to address quality issues and meet clients’ high standards. In 2001 the company made a strategic objective to achieve ISO certification of its quality program. External assistance was sought and further enhancements were made. In early 2005 BSI Management Systems was appointed as PLC's registrar and in October of 2005 ISO 9001:2000 certification was achieved for the Fredericton office.
In 2017 PLC successfully completed its recertification audit to the new ISO 9001:2015 certification for all are offices.

The Quality Program also provides the policy and system structure necessary to achieve compliance with applicable components of the nuclear quality standards CSA N286-05, CSA N286.2 and CSA N286.7.
PLC's quality program promotes continuous improvement in the quality of our services. This program is based on our quality circle. The objective of the quality circle is to meet client needs through technical excellence and efficient service delivery. Each element of PLC's program is defined and procedures are in place for efficient and effective service delivery. PLC actively seeks client feedback and uses this information for program improvement. The demands of clients help make PLC a better fire safety consulting firm.
