PLC has always placed a high priority on the quality of our technical service. Over the years we have defined and formalized our operations to address quality issues and meet our clients high standards. In 2001 the company made a strategic objective to achieve ISO certification of this program. External assistance was sought and further enhancements were made. In early 2005 BSI Management Systems was appointed as our registrar and in October of 2005 ISO 9001:2000 certification was achieved for the PLC Fredericton office. In 2008 PLC successfully completed our recertification audit and we have since expanded and updated our certificate to include both our Fredericton and Mississauga offices under our ISO 9001:2008 certification.
At PLC our quality program is intended to promote continuous improvement in the quality of our services. This program is based on a quality circle. The objective of our quality circle is to meet client needs through technical excellence, satisfying customer needs and efficient service delivery. Each element of our program is defined and procedures are in place for effective service delivery. We actively seek client feedback and use this information for program improvement. The demands of our clients help make us a better fire safety consulting firm.
