Test Equipment

Test equipment is required to accurately assess a hazard; confirm fire protection water supply capability; and quantify circuit resistance for forensic work.  PLC maintains test equipment to support field activities and assist in obtaining an accurate assessment of conditions.  PLC maintains pressure gauges and tachometers for water supply testing, refractometer for foam quality testing, tranometers and micromanometers for smoke movement analysis, plus multimeters and measurement devices for forensic work.  This equipment is subject to regular inspection and calibration as part of the company ISO certified quality program.
